Warrior Blaze Reborn Fat Burner Review

This is our complete Warrior Blaze Reborn review.

Warrior Blaze Reborn is a newly released fat burner and a successor of the previous Warrior Blaze formula. It’s apparently been upgraded to help with fat burning, appetite suppression, and energy levels. I was keen to do this Warrior Blaze Reborn review because people have been asking me whether it’s all it’s hyped up to be.

Warrior Blaze Reborn aims to help you achieve:

  • Faster weight loss
  • Increased thermogenesis (heating of the core body temperature)
  • Suppressed appetite

What stuck out to me is that Warrior Blaze Reborn uses a few aggressive ingredients. Among them we have stimulants like Bitter Orange Extract, which some of you will love, others will probably hate. You’ll also notice a few mood boosting ingredients included in Warrior Blaze Reborn, which in my eyes is a plus – because it helps with the mental aspect of dieting.

Now the only question is, do the benefits of this fat burner outweigh the side effects? Let’s find out.

About Warrior Blaze Reborn

If you’ve never heard of it before, Warrior Blaze Reborn is a supplement that claims to be the best of its kind on the market. It will help you burn fat like crazy, according to its manufacturers. Although it’s all-natural, this doesn’t automatically qualify it as safe. Even natural ingredients can wreak havoc on the body if you take too much.

We didn’t see the producers talk a lot about the safety of this product. They only claim that their product will bring “exceptional results,” thanks to its active “hyper-strength” ingredients. Obviously we’re talking about a strong product here. One that’s not meant for the fainthearted.

How to Use Warrior Blaze Reborn Fat Burner

Warrior Blaze Reborn comes in 90-cap bottles. The label says you should take 1 capsule per day. Some users prefer taking more, but due to the heavy stimulants inside, I wouldn’t recommend it. A few ingredients also have hidden doses, meaning you can’t tell how much you’re taking (more on this below).

I would suggest just taking 1 capsule per day. This way the fat burner will last you full 3 months. Of course, talk to your doctor before taking any supplement to make sure you’re all good to go.

Ingredients

What concerns me a bit is that Warrior Blaze Reborn’s entire formula is in a proprietary blend. What is a proprietary blend? It’s a mixture of ingredients that were combined into a concoction which doesn’t show you each individual dose, but only the total dose of the blend. So we basically don’t know how much of what is in there.

Obviously, this isn’t good news because I can’t tell you whether the doses are safe or effective.

What’s even stranger is that the entire proprietary blend weighs only 557mg. Yet it contains many different ingredients. Based on this I can take a guess that some of them are underdosed.

The ingredients themselves look great; it’s just that their doses aren’t disclosed, so we don’t really know if they work. See for yourself:

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine acts as a CNS stimulant in your brain. This means it fires you up both mentally and physically, giving you a short-lived but high jolt of energy. This can help you with working out, doing mental tasks or anything that requires energy and concentration. What some people don’t know is that caffeine also helps you burn fat.

That’s right, the wonderful coffee can help you burn a few extra calories per hour, thanks to its thermogenic effects. The issue here, however, is that it’s inside a proprietary blend. Meaning? You could be getting 556mg of caffeine for all we know. At that dose a person is at risk of severe side effects.

Capsicum

This is another name for chili peppers. A compound in chili pepper called Capsaicin is what causes the ‘burning’ sensation in your month. What else does it do?

It boosts your body’s thermogenesis, a process where the metabolism heats up, and has to compensate by increasing caloric expenditure. The hotter it gets inside the more calories you burn. However, again, we don’t know the dosage in Warrior Blaze Reborn so I can’t tell how it will work.

Bitter Orange Peel

One thing I certainly didn’t look forward in this Warrior Blaze Reborn review is this ingredient.

Bitter Orange Peel comes disguised under many names: Citrus Aurantium, Synephrine, Bitter Orange Extract and others. It’s become a popular replacement for the banned fat burner ingredient Ephedra, which was known for causing heart attacks and other side effects. Not that bitter orange is much better though, as it’s also been known to cause similar side effects. In fact, one person suffered a full-blown heart attack from Bitter Orange. (source study)

L-Tyrosine

L-Tyrosine doesn’t help you burn fat, or reduce appetite. So why is it included? Because it helps with the mental aspect of dieting – helping to reduce stress, improve focus and other mental aspects of performance. This amino acid is naturally found in food, but it competes with other amino acids for absorption, which can make you deficient in it. So supplementation is a good idea. The problem is, you need to take 500-1000mg of Tyrosine AT LEAST to notice any kind of effect. The entire proprietary blend of Warrior Blaze Reborn is 557mg. I doubt that L-Tyrosine makes up the most of that.

L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine isn’t one of our favorite ingredients. It’s not proven to help with fat loss, unless you’re severely deficient in it. Which is hard to be because your body makes it naturally, and you get some Carnitine from food. Even if it worked, you’d need to take 2,000-15,000 mg of carnitine per day. Warrior Blaze Reborn’s entire formula doesn’t have even close to that amount.

5-HTP

5-HTP is a synthetic supplement that turns to serotonin in your brain. Serotonin is a happiness molecule that governs your mood and many other functions of the body. The issue is, your brain makes its own 5-HTP and serotonin from a dietary amino acid called L-Tryptophan. So it would be better to take L-Tryptophan as a supplement, and let your body naturally make as much 5-HTP as it needs. If that isn’t a good reason enough, then consider that 5-HTP supplementation may lead to heart problems in the long-run. (source: Wikipedia)

Raspberry Ketones

Raspberry Ketones unfortunately only have hype and marketing going for them. This ingredient is claimed to help with fat burning by making your body more efficient in utilizing fat for energy, instead of glucose. This sounds great on paper, but according to Examine.com, oral dosing of Raspberry Ketones is ineffective.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea is a great fat burner in my eyes. In addition to stimulating your metabolism to work harder, it also provides antioxidants and a plethora of other nutrients that are good for you in general. If taking a green tea extract, then you need to make sure you take the right dose. Too little and it won’t have an effect, too much and it can actually cause liver damage. Guess what… we don’t know the dose of green tea extract in Warrior Blaze Reborn. 🙁

Green Coffee Extract

Another one of our favorite fat burner ingredients. Don’t get fooled by the name, green coffee extract has no caffeine in it. Instead, it contains a molecule called Clorogenic acid, which helps your body slow down the absorption of carbohydrates from the food you eat. So while it doesn’t quite boost fat loss, it helps prevent you from gaining it! (see more at Examine.com)

Piper Nigrum

Piper Nigrum is a fancy name for black pepper extract. This spice makes the food you eat more bioavailable. Meaning, it helps your body better absorb nutrients its combined with. Again, no fat loss benefits, but it can help indirectly through other ingredients. What concerns us though, is that we don’t want Bitter Orange and Caffeine be more potent than they already are. In this case, Piper Nigrum can only increase their negative side effects.

Chromium

Chromium is a blood sugar regulator and a trace mineral that helps your body perform numerous functions. It helps curb foods cravings in some cases, but it’s nowhere near Glucomannan or Garcinia Cambogia in that regard. Speaking of which…

Anything Missing?

One ingredient that’s so obviously missing is Glucomannan. This s a natural dietary fiber that helps you feel more satiated. Right now, we rate glucomannan as the best natural appetite suppressant available. You can see our top fat burners that use this ingredient by following the link below:

Warrior Blaze Reborn Caffeine Content

How much caffeine is in Warrior Blaze Reborn? Unfortunately, no one knows, except for the manufacturers themselves. They’ve put caffeine in proprietary blend, which means you can’t tell the caffeine dose, but only the total dose of caffeine and other ingredients in Warrior Blaze Reborn combined.

Warrior Blaze Reborn Side Effects

The biggest issue with Warrior Blaze Reborn is using stimulants in unknown doses. This is a very risky thing to do, in particular because it contains Bitter Orange Extract, which can cause side effects even in light doses. Combine it with another stimulant like caffeine, and the risk of side effects skyrockets.

So, what are some of the side effects that you might potentially experience from Warrior Blaze Reborn? They include:

  • Elevated Blood Pressure
  • Racing Heart
  • Anxiety
  • Jitters and energy crashes
  • Severe heart problems

We recommend talking to a qualified professional before taking a supplement with ingredients like Bitter Orange Extract, or any supplement for that matter. Make sure to put your health first. Remember that we’re not offering advice! You need to talk to your MD if you have any questions in regards to this supplement.

Cost and Value for Money?

One bottle of Warrior Blaze Reborn, which contains 90 capsules, will cost you $24, £20. This is a very cheap price, but is it worth it? If you’re willing to take the risk, some will say it could be. For us, a product is not a great value for money if it isn’t transparent, safe and effective – no matter how cheap it is.

Warrior Blaze Reborn vs Grenade

You may wonder which one is better: Warrior Blaze Reborn vs Grenade Fat Burner Thermo Detonator.

Both products are claimed to supercharge your energy levels and help you incinerate body fat. Both products are quite aggressive, containing some common stimulants like green tea, caffeine, and bitter orange.

The difference is that Warrior Blaze Reborn doesn’t show the dose of each ingredient on the label, but rather hides it under a proprietary blend, which only shows the combined doses of all ingredients.

Grenade fat burner, on the other hand, has an open-sourced and transparent formula. You can see everything that’s included, and how much of it you’re getting. But Grenade has some serious downsides too. Looking at the label you’ll notice that the doses of ingredients are very high.

Green tea extract is dosed at 500mg, which can cause severe liver strain. Caffeine and Bitter Orange are both stimulants, and it’s not smart to combine them unless you really know what you’re doing. The high doses of both ingredients can lead to side effects such as heart palpitations, high blood pressure, and even worse in some cases. (source: WebMD)

In conclusion, we don’t recommend either Warrior Blaze Reborn or Grenade. Both are potentially unsafe. There are safer and just as effective (even more effective in some cases) fat burners available.

Pros and Cons

Back to our Warrior Blaze Reborn review. Here’s a quick recap of everything we’ve learned:

There are some things to be aware of before getting Warrior Blaze Reborn. The first is, research suggests that one of this fat burner’s ingredients could cause severe side effects. Secondly, the entire formula of this supplement is masked under a proprietary blend – preventing us from assessing its safety and reliability.

We’ll give credit where credit is due – a few ingredients in Warrior Blaze Reburn are excellent. Green tea extract, green coffee bean, and caffeine are all among our favorite fat burning ingredients. But their unknown doses, and the combination with Bitter Orange Extract means it’s potentially ineffective or unsafe.

Pros

  • Green tea is great for energy and thermogenesis
  • Green coffee bean helps slow down how much carbs you absorb

Cons

  • The entire formula is a proprietary blend (557mg) – there’s no way to know how much of each ingredient is inside
  • Bitter Orange Extract is known to cause severe side effects
  • Missing Glucomannan, the best natural appetite suppressant available

Warrior Blaze Reborn Review Conclusion

So that brings our Warrior Blaze Reborn review to the very end. On the whole? I don’t feel comfortable recommending this fat burner to anyone. Two main reasons why:

  • Hidden ingredient doses
  • Combines aggressive stimulants

Unless you’re willing to gamble with not knowing how much ingredients you’re putting in your body, and potentially risking adverse reactions to Bitter Orange Extract, you’ll want to look for other options.

This would be a much better fat burner if it removed a few ingredients, added a good appetite suppressant, and delivered it all in a fully transparent formula which shows you exactly how much of each ingredient you’re getting. In that scenario, we’d be much more inclined to recommend you Warrior Blaze Reborn.
