Welcome to our Thermodrone Testo MX review. We’ll give you a short lowdown of all the pros and cons of this particular testsoterone booster, after which you can see our full analysis below.
[Testo-MX SUMMARY] This is a product that some people will love, others will hate the fact that they’ve spent money on it. If you want to have more libido and sex drive, then this product can help you. It uses a few great ingredients, including MACA and D-Aspartic Acid which provide a good short-term boost. But for the purposes of testosterone boosting, reducing stress, and optimizing male vitality overall, Thermodrone Testo MX fails to deliver on its promises.
Testo-MX Review – The Basics
Testo MX is a testosterone booster produced by Thermodrone, and is sold on Amazon and other places online. It’s aimed for men of all ages – including younger guys who want to build more muscle and older folks who want to turn back the clock so to speak.
Testo MX comes in bottles of 120 capsules, and is meant to be taken only once per day.
So, does it really work? What can you expect from it?
Here’s a closer look at the ingredients.
Each serving of Thermodrone Testo-MX supplies you with the following ingredients:
- D-Aspartic Acid (900mg)
- Maca Root Extract (120mg)
- Fenugreek Extract (60mg)
- Magnesium (60mg)
- Zinc (6mg)
- Vitamin B6 (2mg)
- Vitamin D3 (100IU)
1. D-Aspartic Acid
D-Aspartic Acid is a natural molecule with some interesting properties. Studies have shown that it only works in a specific group of men – those who are overweight and sedentary. AKA, men who already suffer from low test levels.
On the other hand, it doesn’t appear to offer benefits if you already have normal test levels. It also doesn’t work long-term – only offering a short but potent boost in test levels.
It could be useful when you’re preparing for a competition or an event, and want to maximize your strength for a few weeks.
2. Maca Root Extract
Maca is an herb known for its libido enhancing properties. It’s a great sex-drive enhancer for many people; what it is not is a testosterone booster.
Many people confuse libido boosters for testosterone boosters. They’re completely different; one actually boosts your male hormone, whereas the other only affects libido but not much more!
3. Fenugreek Extract
Frenugreek is an herb traditionally used for the purpose of raising test levels. Does it work? Well, it does but not in the way you’d expect.
Fenugreek has been shown to alter the levels of DHT and estrogen, sacrificing them in order to help your body make more testosteroneone. As far as estrogen goes, that’s a good thing – having less estrogen means you’ll significantly reduce risk of weight gain, man boobs and other common problems men face.
However, it’s not that smart to lower DHT. This anabolic hormone is actually 4-times stronger than testosterone and is crucial for many aspects of male health. Sacrificing it to make more testosterone can only bring about a hormonal imbalance.
This is a great ingredient. Testo MX has included it to help with free testosterone specifically. This is thanks to magnesium’s ability to ‘unbind’ some testosterone from the grips of Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG), which renders it inactive.
However, you should aim to get 200-400mg of Mg from supplements daily in order to reap its anabolic benefits. With only 60mg per serving, Testo MX is quite far behind that number.
Zinc isn’t really a testosterone booster, but more of a testosterone maintainer. It helps to prevent your male hormone from dipping due to stress, sleep deprivation, and overtraining.
It can be especially useful if you like to train hard in the gym. While exercise in general is shown to be great for male’s testosterone levels, training too much can actually be counterproductive.
In a study with elite athletes, those that trained very hard saw a decline in their test levels. But after adding zinc to their supplement stack, these dips levelled off.
6. Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is a nutrient essential for countless processes in your body and brain. Some rat studies have shown that B6-deficient mice saw improvements in their testosterone levels from supplementing this vitamin.
However, there’s not a lot of human research to confirm how effective vitamin B6 supplementation is, and if it has still provides benefits when not deficient.
As Examine.com states, vitamin B6 has many small benefits for us, but supplementation is in most cases unecessary since it’s found in many foods.
7. Vitamin D3
Although it’s called a vitamin, D3 in its active form is a hormone. A steroid hormone that helps boost anabolism in the body, including the production of testosterone.
Virtually every cell of your body has a receptor for vitamin D. That tells you something about its importance. It regulates not only your physical energy, endurance, strength and recovery, but also has a massive influence on mood and mental well-being.
In my opinion, this all-rounder ingredient should be used by every modern man who’s looking to optimize his health and performance.
You want to take somewhere around 3000-5000IU of this thing daily to get the most from it. Guess how much is Testo MX using? A meager 100IU.
As well as being underdosed in some key areas, Testo MX is missing several ingredients commonly seen in the best test boosters. Including:
- Boron – A trace mineral that’s been shown in studies to boost testosterone within only 1 to 2 days of use.
- Ashwagandha – Stress hormone buster that helps to create balance in the body. Can boost strength and muscle growth too.
- Indole-3-Carbinol – Natural compound from Broccoli that lowers estrogen levels in your body, giving testosterone more space to grow.
- Vitamin K2 – A ‘silent hero’ of testosterone boosting, it helps to maintain healthy testosterone levels when otherwise they’d go down due to age, stress, toxins etc.
How to Use Testo MX (Dosage Instructions)
Taking Thermodrone Testo MX is easy – just two capsules once per day and you’re done.
Sounds easy, and it is. But is this the best way to take a testosterone booster? I think not.
You want to be taking a product with 3-4 daily servings. This ensures the ingredients stay circulating in your system for longer, as opposed to just one serving per day (as in the case of Testo MX) where you’ll have loads of downtime between the doses.
As disappointing as some of its ingredients are, Thermodrone Testo MX shouldn’t cause you any side effects. Its ingredients are either vitamins or herbs. All are well known and studied for their safety. Plus, many of them are underdosed so you probably won’t feel anything at all.
Price and Value for Money?
Depending on where you but it, Testo MX will cost you around $18-25 per bottle. This is a fairly cheap product, more so when you consider the fact that one bottle will last you up to two months.
As cheap as it is though, any money invested in a product that doesn’t work is a wasted money. Unless you’re only looking for some libido benefits, this isn’t a great value for money.
Pros and Cons
- Maca is great for libido
- D-Aspartic Acid provides short-term benefits
- Poor serving schedule
- Key ingredients are underdosed
- Missing a few core test boosting ingredients
Conclusion to Testo MX Review
Overall, we don’t think Testo MX will be worth it for most people. Why? Because it’s a decent libido booster, but not a testosterone booster.
If you’re looking to boost your sexual performance and sex drive, then it could be a good choice. It’s cheap and if that’s the only benefit you’re looking for then go for it.
If your goal is to boost your strength, look better, improve energy levels and overall vitality, then better value for money can be found elsewhere.
