Our Thoughts on Inno Supps T-Drive – Does it Really Work?

Here we have Inno Supps T-Drive up for inspection. An all-natural testosterone booster recently launched as a part of the new range of products at Inno Supps.

Our team will be comparing T-Drive with other men’s health supplements on the market in terms of effectiveness for libido, energy levels, performance, recovery, fat loss, and muscle building amongst others.

We will begin with a brief summary to get an idea about what you can expect.

The Good

  • All-natural, safe formula
  • Ashwagandha is excellent for reducing cortisol
  • Boron is shown to boost testosterone in relatively short time
  • Contains a high-quality form of zinc which is another ingredient that supports T-levels
  • Horny Goat Weed boosts libido without affecting testosterone

The Bad

  • Some ineffective and unproven ingredients – including Tribulus and Coleus Forskohlii
  • Magnesium comes as cheap and poorly absorbable Magnesium oxide
  • Underdosed vitamin D – key ingredient for testosterone and libido
  • Missing some important ingredients like Panax Ginseng and D-Aspartic Acid
  • Extremely steep price – $69.99 per bottle for a single-time purchase

Summary:

Inno Supps T-Drive is a solid men’s health supplement. We’ve found it to be good enough at improving energy levels, libido, and performance. However, it is not the most effective testosterone booster we’ve seen. For the price that is being charged, you can definitely find better men’s health supplements on the market.

About Inno Supps T-Drive

T-Drive is a new men’s health pill by Inno Supps, a fast-growing American supplement company.

It is claimed to contain several ingredients that can boost your testosterone and improve overall vitality as a man.

It contains 90 capsules per bottle, with the recommended serving size being 3 capsules per day. Taken regularly, it is said to give you these benefits:

  • Increase male performance
  • Boost energy levels in the gym
  • Boost natural T production

The question is, do these claims really hold up and how will it work for you?

Many supplements promise the same benefits but underdeliver. We will be checking the ingredients and the science behind them to see if Inno Supps T-Drive can really do all it promises, and if it is safe to take every day.

Let’s dive in.

How to Use Inno Supps T-Drive

Inno Supps T-Drive dosage is 3 capsules per day with food and a glass of water.

How long will it take for you to notice the results form Inno Supps T-Drive? This is a common question and one that doesn’t have a black-and-white answer. This is because we are all unique in our physiology and we respond differently to supplements. In general, some of the ingredients in Inno Supps T-Drive should get to work right away, whereas others take some time to build up in the system.

Ideally, the best testosterone boosters use 3 or 4 daily servings to keep the effects maintained throughout the day. In the case of Inno Supps T-Drive, you are taking all the capsules at once, which limits its effects between doses.

Inno Supps T-Drive Ingredients

It is good that we can see the ingredients and their doses clearly. There are no proprietary blends in T-Drive, which is great. We believe that transparency is something all supplement manufacturers should strive towards.

Now, the ingredients themselves, how do they look?

The answer is: good.

There are a few ingredients in Inno Supps T-Drive that we like that we think can help boost your testosterone levels, libido, and decrease stress. These ingredients include Ashwagandha, Zinc, Boron, and Fenugreek.

Is Inno Supps T-Drive the best men’s health/performance formula we’ve seen? Not quite.

There are a few downsides to the product that we will talk about in detail below. But to summarize, Inno Supps T-Drive contains a few ineffective and unproven ingredients like Tribulus Terrestris, which is just wasting capsule space. It is also missing some key ingredients that the best testosterone enhancers and libido boosters use, including D-Aspartic Acid and Korean Ginseng.

In addition, some of the ingredients that otherwise do work and are proven to be effective, are underdosed in T-Drive. The biggest issue is vitamin D, which is among the most potent natural testosterone boosters.

Last but not least, Inno Supps T Drive is using some cheap forms of ingredients, such as Magnesium Oxide. Compared to the likes of Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide absorbs poorly in the body and can cause diarrhea.

Let’s move on and analyze each ingredient in more detail, breaking them down and seeing if the science agrees with the manufacturer’s claims.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a hormone that is responsible for the absorption of calcium, which in turn is responsible for bone growth. It also helps to regulate cell growth and immune function.

The main sources of vitamin D are sunlight, food, and supplements.

Research has shown that people with low levels of vitamin D have lower testosterone levels than people with normal levels. This is why it’s important to maintain a healthy level of Vitamin D in order to have healthy testosterone levels.

The optimal dosage of vitamin D for the purpose of enhancing T levels is shown to be 3,332IU daily. T-Drive only contains 2,500IU per serving, which limits its effects.

Niacin

Niacin is a B-complex vitamin. It is also called nicotinic acid or vitamin B3. It is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning that it dissolves in water and can be easily excreted from the body. Niacin helps to break down food into energy, and it helps to make sure that blood clots normally.

Niacin has been linked to improved testosterone levels, increased libido, and more energy. However, there are some side effects associated with niacin use such as stomach pain or indigestion when taken at high doses. Luckily, T-Drive contains only 63% of the recommended daily intake, so that shouldn’t be a problem here.

Magnesium Oxide

Magnesium oxide is a non-absorbable form of magnesium. It is not as effective for testosterone production and health in general because it does not have the same absorption rate as other forms of magnesium. (1)

This form of magnesium is usually recommended for those who have kidney problems, but it should be noted that it sometimes leads to stomach upset and gastrointestinal issues.

Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate

Zinc is a mineral that is necessary for the body to maintain health and growth. It can be found in foods such as oysters, red meat, and crab.

Zinc is essential for the body to maintain health and growth. It can be found in foods such as oysters, red meat, and crab. Zinc deficiency has been linked to many conditions such as stunted growth, hair loss, acne, impotence in males, low immunity levels in both males and females.

Zinc supplements are available in the form of tablets or capsules which you can take daily with a meal or snack. Taking zinc on an empty stomach, however, is risky because it can cause sharp and severe stomach pain. Luckily, the dosage of 15mg that is in Inno Supps T-Drive is on the lighter end so the risk of negative side effects is low.

Ashwagandha Root Extract (KSM-66)

Ashwagandha is a plant that has been used for centuries in India as a natural remedy for a variety of ailments, including anxiety and stress.

Ashwagandha has been used traditionally to treat many different conditions, but it is most commonly used as an Ayurvedic rejuvenator. It can be taken as a tea or supplement to improve mood and help with sleep. Ashwagandha also helps regulate blood sugar levels and can be used to lower cholesterol levels. (2)

It is also known for its ability to stimulate the immune system and promote healthy brain function, which makes it an excellent choice for those who are looking for relief from anxiety or depression.

In terms of male health, Ashwagandha is known to increase sperm count. It also reduces cortisol, a stress hormone which, when elevated, can block your testosterone from rising.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a plant that grows in the Mediterranean region. It has an aromatic smell and is used as a spice.

Fenugreek benefits are many, but it is most commonly used for digestive health, blood sugar regulation, and weight loss. In the context of male health, it blocks the hormone DHT from raising too high, which essentially allows more “space” for testosterone to grow. (3)

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus Terrestris is an herbal supplement that is supposed to help with libido and testosterone. Many cheaper supplements use it to bulk up the formula, however, it is ineffective.

Tribulus Terrestris supplements aren’t shown in studies to do much, apart from possibly reducing prostate inflammation in older men. However, even that effect is questionable. In some cases, Tribulus has led to the aggravation prostate. (4)

It’s not an ingredient we would recommend before talking to your doctor.

Much better and more effective ingredients are available that should’ve been put in Tribulus’ stead.

Coleus Forskohlii

Coleus forskohlii is a plant that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It is believed to increase testosterone levels and libido.

The plant extract has been studied extensively, but the results are mixed. Some studies have found that it can boost testosterone levels, while others have found no effect at all.

A more researched ingredient like Panax Ginseng would be a much better choice here.

Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)

Epimedium, or Horny Goat Weed, is commonly used in men’s health supplements. The reason is: it helps elevate libido without affecting your testosterone levels. (5)

If you find that you struggle with your performance in the bedroom, Epimedium can be of help. Although, its effects aren’t as reliable as say, D-Aspartic Acid (which boosts both the libido and testosterone levels).

Boron Citrate

Boron is an excellent choice. It is a trace mineral that is found in foods like apples and raisins, albeit at very low dosages. At supplemental doses (10mg or higher), it’s been shown to actually raise testosterone quite significantly in a short space of time. Again, great choice by Inno Supps T-Drive here.

Anything Missing?

As we briefly mentioned, the two biggest omissions from T-Drive are Red Asian Ginseng and D-Aspartic Acid. Whereas the former has been shown to substantially improve mood, lower stress levels, and improve overall quality of life in men, the latter is one of the most potent natural testosterone boosters – being shown to elevate the male hormone by over 60% in some cases.

The biggest disappointment, though, is that T-Drive uses a cheap and poorly absorbable form of magnesium. This is a shame, as higher-quality forms of magnesium (like magnesium citrate) have been shown to boost both the free and total T count in men’s blood.

Customer Reviews

Inno Supps T-Drive is a relatively new supplement to hit the market, so independent and impartial reviews are scarce. It doesn’t help much that Inno Supps T-Drive is only sold on its official website, either!

Side Effects

The risk of side effects from Inno Supps T-Drive is low. The ingredients it uses are all relatively well-researched and aren’t known to cause negative reactions in most healthy people.

That said, zinc and magnesium oxide two ingredients that can cause adverse effects in some people. Zinc can cause stomach pain if taken without food, and magnesium oxide is a form of magnesium that can cause diarrhea (again, especially when taken on an empty stomach).

Please check with your doctor before using any supplement if you have a condition or allergies to certain ingredients.

Price and Value for Money?

Inno Supps T-Drive costs $69.99 per bottle of 30 servings for a single-time purchase.

This is quite a steep price tag. It is more expensive than even some of the current highest-rated testosterone boosters. Considering its shortcomings, we don’t believe T-Drive to be the best value for money you can get right now.

That said, the cost of T-Drive drops down to $52.49 if you decide to subscribe for recurring delivery and automatic credit card charges.

Conclusion to Inno Supps T-Drive Review

Inno Supps T-Drive is a natural testosterone booster with some great ingredients.

It has Ashwagandha, zinc, and boron which can all increase your energy levels, boost performance, and reduce testosterone-damaging hormones like cortisol.

However, Inno Supps T-Drive also uses a few ingredients that are ineffective and unproven for testosterone and libido, like Tribulus Terrestris and Coleus Forskohlii.

In addition, T-Drive uses cheap form of magnesium which can cause side effects. The supplement also contains too little of vitamin D, a key ingredient when it comes to testosterone boosting.

All in all, if it was cheaper, it would definitely still be worth purchasing. But considering it costs $69.99 (30 servings), you can easily find better men’s health supplements at this price range on the market.
