In reply to Mike. He gives a great presentation (like many others on social media) but not all scientifically proven as he/they claim.. A general rule of common sense “if it is too good to be true, it is not”. Be skeptical when a person or company has an ad that goes on and on repeating same thing and gives you a special discount if you order right then. It’s a multi million/billion industry with no FDA supervision.

The one question I haven’t been able to answer or see if anyone else is experiencing is heart-burn. I have been falling to sleep really fast and easy taking BURN PM. But after about an hour of being asleep I wake up and have horrible indigestion feeling / heart burn. Burping up a flowery taste (probably the raspberry keytones) .. any one else or thoughts?

Hi, saying you prefer a lower dose of fenugreek isn’t really following the evidence.

In addition, there aren’t any signs that fenugreek places any stress or toxicity on the kidney or liver.

The research shows that fenugreek has a positive effect on renal function albeit in the rat model, but we know that mice and rats are used in clinical tests due to the shared physiological similarities to humans.

We’ll answer two key questions: can it really reduce your stress hormoens so you can fall asleep faster, and can it improve your metabolism during sleep so you burn more calories?
-there is a typo, hormones
-Exactly, for $49 I expect to do a little bit more other than put you to sleep faster (if used as recommended).
