Burn Evolved vs Inno Shred: Which is Better?

[Burn Evolved vs Inno Shred Summary]

Burn Evolved or Inno Shred? Which of the two is better for weight loss? In our opinion, Inno Shred provides a better value for money overall. It contains all-natural ingredients, while Burn Evolved has several chemicals in its formula, which are not the safest option when consumed long-term.

Both products should help you to a little extent when it comes to fat loss, however, they are missing some core ingredients which would make them far more effective.

Because of that, we can’t recommend Burn Evolved or Inno Shred. We’ve seen far better fat burners on the market.

Burn Evolved vs Inno Shred – The Overview

Burn Evolved

Burn Evolved is a fat burner supplement made by the company Sculpt Nation from Texas, U.S. The supplement’s primary focus is to help you cut down fat through the process of thermogenesis, through which the body burns more calories, and by reducing your appetite.

It is now available as Burn Evolved 2.0 on the official website and it has a slightly different formula than the previous version of Burn Evolved. This product costs $49.00 on the official website for a one-month supply.

Let’s see if Burn Evolved is actually as potent as it’s claimed to be and if it works better than its competitor Inno Shred.

Inno Shred

Just like Burn Evolved, Inno Shred is a fat-burner dietary supplement with the main focus on burning fat through the process of thermogenesis, boosting metabolism, and reducing food cravings. It is made by Innosupps from Las Vegas.

Inno Shred is a cheaper alternative to its competitor, at $40.00 for a 30-day supply. Is it worth the money? Let’s find out.

Burn Evolved vs Inno Shred – The Ingredients

Burn Evolved Ingredients

Burn Evolved comes with the following ingredients with each serving of 2 capsules:

  • Chromium – 600mcg
  • Gymnema – 300mg
  • Coleus forskohlii – 150mg
  • Natural caffeine – 100mg
  • L-Theanine – 100mg
  • Cayenne fruit extract – 50mg
  • Grains of Paradise – 40mg
  • Caffeine Anhydrous – 30mg
  • Evodiamine – 20mg

To start on a positive note, several nutrients inside the formula work decently for weight loss when combined. For example, caffeine and cayenne pepper are among the best and most heavily studied ingredients for cutting down fat.

Caffeine also shows promising results, however, some people could dislike the addition of this ingredient, due to the fact that it is a stimulant.

Unfortunately, there are some issues with Burn Evolved’s formula.

First, it’s missing green tea extract, one of the best natural fat burners. The optimal dosage would be around 250-500mg per serving.

There are other core ingredients missing, such as glucomannan, Vitamin D, and zinc. The addition of these nutrients would make Burn Evolved far more effective.

Because of all this, we don’t think Burn Evolved is the best choice you can find for your weight loss journey. Let’s see if Inno Shred is any better!

Inno Shred Ingredients

Inno Shred Ingredients

Each serving of Inno Shred (2 capsules) delivers the following ingredients:

  • Green Tea Extract – 300mg
  • Conjugated Linoleic Acid – 300mg
  • Green Coffee Bean Extract – 300mg
  • Caffeine – 200mg
  • Capsicum Fruit Extract – 100mg
  • Citrus Aurantium Fruit Extract – 50mg
  • Grains of Paradise – 25mg
  • Rauwolfia Root Bark Extract – 1mg

At the first glance, Inno Shred’s formula seems to be a bit better than the one we saw in Burn Evolved. Why? It is because the whole formula is a bit more potent with its stimulants – which can also be a downside if you’re sensitive.

It has some issues of its own, too. Ingredients like Glucomannan, Vitamin D, L-Theanine, and Cayenne Pepper Extract could have been added to the formula. As we previously stated, these are one of the best nutrients when it comes to burning fat and enhancing thermogenesis to an even higher degree.

If these were added inside, Inno Shred would be a more effective fat burner.

With that being said, if we had to choose between Burn Evolved or Inno Shred, we’d go for Inno Shred, simply because it is more potent in theory and should give you better results.

However, due to a lack of core ingredients in both products, we’d go for a different fat burner. There are far more effective products available on the market than these two.

Burn Evolved vs Inno Shred – Side Effects

Burn Evolved

Burn Evolved shouldn’t cause any side effects unless you’re very sensitive. In rare cases, adverse reactions such as increased anxiety, heart problems, and dizziness could occur due to caffeine.

Inno Shred

Inno Shred is more likely to give you side effects simply due to Citrus Aurantium and other stimulants inside. We always recommend talking to your doctor before trying any new supplement for the first time.

Cost & Where To Buy?

As previously mentioned, Burn Evolved 2.0 can be bought on the official website for the price of $49.00 for a 30-day supply.

Alternatively, Inno Shred is available on the official website for $40.00 for a one-month supply.

Being cheaper, Inno Shred provides a better value than its competitor.

Our Verdict

The winner of our review is Inno Shred, due to a better ingredient formula. Still, both products are missing some core ingredients that should be in every high-quality fat burner. Because of that, if you’re serious about your fitness goals, we recommend searching for a different supplement.
