Welcome to our Alpha Femme Keto Genix Review. In this detailed analysis, we’ll look through its ingredients, benefits, side effects, dosage instructions and a lot more as we aim to see how it fares against the competition. Before that though, here’s a short review summary.
[KETO GENIX SUMMARY] While it has a few decent ingredients, this fat burner is missing a lot of essentials that would make it much more effective at doing what it claims. Specifically, it’s missing a better natural appetite suppressant such as Glucomannan, and a better thermogenic to increase metabolic rate (e.g. Cayenne Pepper extract). We don’t think that this fat burner justifies the hype it’s been getting, and the price is also a bit too high for what it offers. There’s also another version of Alpha Femme Keto Genix available, it uses a completely different formula with sodium BHB. This is a terrible product that we suggest avoiding as all of the ingredients are in a proprietary blend which prevents us from seeing their doses.
Keto Genix Review – The Basics
Alpha Femme Keto Genix by Supplement Paradise is one of the most popular keto supplements on the market. Containing 60 pills per bottle, it claims to help you:
- Increase energy levels
- Improve metabolism
- Increase muscle strength
- Eliminate harmful chemicals from the body
- Support ketosis
- Control your appetite
- Shape your body
- Increase the confidence
- Improve the nervous system
That’s quite a list of benefits! If you aren’t aware, Keto Genix is mainly designed for people who’re looking to start burning more fat as energy by adopting a keto-friendly diet. This means eating very few to no carbs, high amounts of fat, and moderate amounts of protein.
Keto Genix will apparently make your dieting process a lot easier, and it will also work even if you aren’t eating a keto diet. Sounds good, but how does it work? Let’s check the ingredients to find out.
Keto Genix Ingredients
Each capsule of Alpha Femme Keto Genix provides you with the following active ingredients:
- Green Tea (3000mg)
- Raspberry (1000mg)
- Caffeine (100mg)
- Apple Cider (100mg)
- Kelp (100mg)
- Grapefruit (34mg)
It doesn’t say whether some of these ingredients (e.g. green tea) are extracts or regular powders. If they are extracts, that is an issue as anything over 500mg of green tea extract per day is known to cause liver damage in the long-term. But since it doesn’t say that on the label, it’s safe to assume they’re not extracts. 3g of regular green tea powder is still within the safe range.
1. Green Tea
This is a staple ingredient in any fat burner. It’s rich in so-called catechins which trigger a chain reaction in your body where your energy, focus, and metabolic rate all increase.
The energizing green tea also protects your body from damage thanks to its network of powerful polyphenols. Great choice by Alpha Femme, although the dose could be a bit lower if the goal is safe long-term supplementation.
Raspberries are edible fruits native to Europe and some parts of Asia, but are cultivated in warmer areas worldwide. They’re a great source of various nutrients, including plant polyphenols and antioxidants that protect your cells from oxidative stress.
We like this as a general health ingredient. But don’t be fooled, losing weight by eating raspberries (or taking them as a supplement in this case) isn’t realistic.
What this ingredient will do is provide your body with certain vitamins and phytochemicals that help it stay healthier and stronger, so you can keep pursuing your fitness goals.
Even raspberry ketones, which are suggested to help your body enter the fat-burning state of ‘ketosis,’ aren’t effective when taken orally, according to Examine.com. The good news is, raspberries are low in calories so at least they won’t make you gain weight!
Caffeine is a fantastic CNS stimulant that eliminates fatigue, brain fog, and lack of motivation and focus. At least for a short while, that is.
Taking too much caffeine can be a bad thing as you’ll be risking nausea, energy crashes and other ugly side effects that almost everyone who drinks coffee has experienced.
Luckily, Alpha Femme Keto Genix has only included 100mg of caffeine which is a good amount. There’s also a little bit of caffeine in 3g of green tea in this supplement though, so you should watch out for your total caffeine intake outside of this supplement (e.g. coffee, energy drinks).
4. Apple Cider
Apple cider is a non-alcoholic juice extracted from apples. It’s seasonally available in Autumn and is traditionally enjoyed during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, as well as for Halloween.
You’ll typically find two types of apple cider available – either organic unpasteurized one, or a commercial pasteurized one. The latter being most widely available in stores, and the former typically produced in farmsteads and mills and obviously, a bit harder to find.
What you might be wondering though, is does this ingredient help you burn fat? And the answer is no! It’s a decent general health ingredient (only if organic and unpasteurized), but other than that it’s not one of our favorite inclusions in a fat burner.
This is another a bit pointless ingredient in Alpha Femme Keto Genix. Kelp is a good source of minerals like Iodine, but it has no significant effect on weight loss. Unless you’re eating a severely restricted diet where you’re deficient in common nutrients, you won’t notice much benefit from supplementing kelp.
Grapefruit isn’t a bad choice. It’s known for containing high levels of bioactives that are beneficial to weight loss. More specifically, it improves insulin sensitivity so your body doesn’t pile on fat that easily.
Grapefruit also contains compounds that prevent certain enzymes from breaking down other compounds in your body, such as caffeine. The result is longer-lasting energy and focus. This makes caffeine+grapefruit a great combo!
However, you should steer away from grapefruit if you’re on any pills or medications, as it can prolong the effects of these compounds too – potentially leading to adverse side effects.
Although it has a few good ingredients, Alpha Femme Keto Genix is missing a lot in terms of proven fat burners, appetite suppressants and thermogenic ingredients. These include:
- Glucomannan (Konjac Root) – A natural dietary fiber that swells in your stomach when combined with water, keeping you feeling full for hours
- Cayenne Pepper Extract – Our favorite non-stim thermogenic, it improves your metabolic rate and calorie consumption without causing side effects like caffeine.
- Chromium – Balances your blood sugar levels so you don’t get sluggish after eating a meal.
- Green Coffee Bean – Contains “chlorogenic acid,” an amazing compound known to reduce carbohydrate absorption from food.
How to Use Alpha Femme Keto Genix (Directions)
Keto Genix dosage instructions are to take 2 capsules daily with water. The producers of Alpha Femme Keto Genix also craftily mention how you should “eat keto-friendly meals and snacks throughout the day” and “enjoy improved energy focus while our body uses fat for energy!”
What they’re basically saying is that this product will only work if you’re eating a ketogenic diet. You must be in ketosis in order for it to work. This is what they’re saying between the lines.
It’s a clever marketing tactic that didn’t slip under our radar! We feel this is a little annoying and dishonest to their customers, and we personally would never buy from a brand that uses these kinds of gimmicks.
Another negative thing about taking 2 capsules once per day is, well, that you’re taking them only once per day. To keep the body in a fat-burning mode, look for a fat burner that has 3-4 daily servings. Yes, it might be annoying having to remember to take it multiple times per day, but that’s how it’s generally been shown to work best for weight loss.
Is Keto Genix Safe? Yes, it should be safe for most healthy people. The ingredients are all well studied and aren’t known to cause major issues.
That said, green tea is dosed a bit too high which can be harsh on your liver if you’re aiming to take this supplement long-term. In which case you should definitely speak to your doctor prior to taking Alpha Femme Keto Genix.
You should also avoid taking Grapefruit that’s found in this product if you’re on any kind of medication, as it can prolong their half-life in the body and potentially lead to serious complications.
Customer Reviews – What do Others Say About Keto Genix?
So, what do other customer reviews say about Alpha Femme Keto Genix? For the most part, the user reviews look positive, although we did come across quite a few negative ones. Some users complained about gastrointestinal side effects due to high amounts of green tea in this product.
Others said how this product helped them but they also experienced insomnia. That’s probably because they’ve taken it too late in the day. Overall though, you get a lackluster impression about Keto Genix based on the reviews read. It’s got a lot of hype but it doesn’t seem to deliver results that are on the same level as some other options on the market.
If you’re looking for Keto Genix UK reviews, you’ll want to head over to Amazon.co.uk to read what people had to say there. Although again, we don’t recommend relying on user testimonials on websites like those because they tend to be manipulated.
Price and Value for Money?
Where to buy Alpha Femme Keto Genix? If you’re looking to try this fat burner for yourself, it’s available to buy in the UK, Canada and other parts of the world. It’s available in different online shops, including Amazon and eBay. The price seems to be around £42 ($53) for a bottle of 30 servings.
The last time we checked, Keto Genix isn’t available at Costco or Walmart, pharmacies, or any other physical store for that matter.
Some people wonder if Alpha Femme Keto Genix offers a free trial, and the answer is it doesn’t. What they do claim to offer is discounts on certain purchases. For more info, it’s best to directly visit the manufacturer’s website and contact Alpha Femme Keto Genix customer service.

- A few decent fat burning ingredients
- Helps with energy and focus thanks to caffeine

- Contains too much green tea which can lead to side effects
- Grapefruit should be avoided if you’re on any kind of medication
- Only taken once per day, meaning there’s lots of downtime between doses
Conclusion to Alpha Femme Keto Genix Review
So that brings our Alpha Femme Keto Genix review to a close.
It’s a decent supplement with a few energy-boosting ingredients, as well as some general health ingredients. Caffeine will boost your focus and energy levels and green tea+Grapefruit combo might aid weight loss a little bit.
But it also comes with a few downsides. It contains a bit too much green tea for our liking, it isn’t suitable for people who’re on any type of medicines, and it’s missing a lot of core ingredients that would make it more effective at burning fat and suppressing appetite.
Overall, this just doesn’t score as high as what we expected out of it, considering the hype. The marketing gimmicks by manufacturers, and a sleazy looking website doesn’t help that much either.
Unless you’re eating a ketogenic diet, better bang for your buck can be found elsewhere.
