Test1fy Review: Is Olympus Labs Test Booster Legit?

Welcome to our Olympus Labs Test1fy review. We’ll be looking at this self-professed mighty testosterone booster. It claims to help you:

  • Optimize testosterone
  • Build more muscle
  • Improve exercise performance
  • Reduces stress & improves mood
  • Increases libido

And all the standard claims you’ll expect from a test booster. The question is, does it really work?

It uses some of the well-known test boosting ingredients, including vitamin D. You’ll also see a few mood boosters on the label, among them is the Ayurvedic herb Ashwagandha.

So how well do these work?

Below, we’ll be looking closer at Test1fy’s formula to see how it compares to the new version (Test1fy Pro) and other best rated testosterone boosters on the market.

Test1fy Review – The Basics

Test1fy is made by Olympus Labs. Yes, you’ve read that right – it’s Test1fy, not Testify.

We get it that companies like giving their supplements unique and catchy names that stand out. It’s what creates buzzwords.

But if we’re being totally honest, Test1fy sounds more like a code or a password for your mobile phone, rather than a buzzword.

That said, we’ll give this product the benefit of the doubt by taking a look at its ingredient formula. As long as the ingredients on the label are good enough, the name won’t be an issue at all.

Test1fy promises:

  • Better physique and body composition
  • Higher testosterone
  • Lower female sex hormones (primarily, estrogen)
  • Improved growth hormone
  • And, what this product appears to be the best in (detailed below), libido & sex drive

How to Use Test1fy (Dosage Instructions)

One bottle of Olympus Labs Test1fy contains a whopping 240 capsules.

The label instructions state you should take 4 capsules, two times per day.

8 caps per day in total! That’s quite the number. However, the servings of Olympus Labs Test1fy are a bit skewed.

As you only take it twice per day, you’ll have a lot of downtime between the doses where the effects will start to wear off. This is not ideal for long-term testosterone boosting. We’ve found best results from using 3-4 servings per day, which kept our T levels topped up all day and night.

The Ingredients

There’s 8 ingredients in Olympus Labs Test1fy formula. Most of them are well-dosed, but we saw a few exceptions. Boron, for example, isn’t dosed high enough to make a difference.

But the good thing about this product is that you can at least clearly see what you’re getting. The label is transparent, and we commend them for that.

Below you can see how each ingredient in Olympus Labs Testify works and what it does (and doesn’t do) for your testosterone:

Olympus Labs Test1fy Ingredients Label

1. Vitamin D (3,332IU)

This is a basic foundational ingredient, and a great testosterone booster. Vitamin D not a vitamin actually, but a natural steroid hormone, that is needed for your body to make other hormones. You’ve guessed it, one of them is testosterone.

As it’s found in virtually every cell of your body, vitamin D is extremely important for many functions, including your mood, bone strength, muscle building, metabolism, etc. And since most of us don’t get enough of it through sunshine, supplementing with a nice big dose, like the one found in Olympus Labs Testify, is a good idea. See a vitamin D and testosterone study here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21154195/

2. Anacyclus Pyrethrum Extract (3,200mg)

This ingredient is also known as Akarkara. It’s an aphrodisiac herb from Ayurvedic medicine, and is apparently the most powerful test booster in Test1fy’s formula. Is this true?

Looking at the science, you’ll see that this ingredient holds some promise in regards to being a libido and performance booster. It might even help with testosterone, but the evidence is scarce and thin. We’ll need to wait for more studies to recommend it as one of our favorite ingredients.

You can learn more about this ingredient here: https://examine.com/supplements/anacyclus-pyrethrum/

3. KSM-66 Ashwagandha (675mg)

Ashwagandha is yet another Ayurvedic herb in Olympus Labs Test1fy. It’s an effective stress reliever. It can reduce your cortisol levels by as much as 30% in some cases.

Is it the best test booster though? It’s not, but that doesn’t matter. Ashwagandha isn’t included in Test1fy to boost your anabolic hormone directly. Instead, it helps with hormones in general which contributes to more balanced health and well-being as a man. It comes as the patented KSM-66 version too – good job by Olympus Labs here.

4. LongJack (100mg)

LongJack is a common sight in a test booster. It’s added to help you feel more in the mood, if you know what I mean. This really is a great libido enhancer, and for many men it works great. But there are some people who don’t notice any effects from using it.

And as far as testosterone goes, LongJack isn’t shown to have any effect on this.

5. Pine Bark Extract (103mg)

We’re not sure why we’re seeing Pine Bark Extract in a test booster. It can boost blood flow throughout the body, particularly in the brain. This makes it a good choice for nootropic and pre workout supplements.

Sure, it might help with erections too, but we don’t think this reason alone is enough to include it here – it’s better to use something that actually boosts testosterone, which will naturally lead to better erections anyways.

Learn more about Pine Bark Extract’s nootropic benefits here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6619435/

6. Mucuna Pruriens (500mg)

Mucuna Pruriens is a mood booster. It’s not a testosterone booster, but it’s still not a bad choice. Because it can help with stress and depression. As you probably know, both are detrimental to our health, and both can make us feel miserable. Stress is one of the killers of testosterone, so it’s good to have an ingredient that combats that. More on Mucuna: https://examine.com/supplements/mucuna-pruriens/

7. Boron (6mg)

This is another great ingredient in Olympus Labs Test1fy, but it’s underdosed. Current studies show that boron can boost your testosterone if you take it at doses of 10+ mg per day. With only 6mg per serving, boron in Test1fy might not have any effect on your testosterone. But it does still have some benefits for bone health at this dose.

Here’s a study on boron and testosterone: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21129941/

8. BioPerine (10mg)

This is an absorption booster. It makes your body more efficient at utilizing other compounds, primarily turmeric. However, since there’s no turmeric in Olympus Labs Test1fy, we don’t think it would be worse off without BioPerine.

Anything Missing?

Although Olympus Labs Test1fy has some excellent ingredients, it’s still missing a few core essentialls:

  • Magnesium – This is a must-have ingredient in a test booster. Many of us don’t get enough of it, because very few foods are good sources of magnesium, and soil depletion causes even the healthy foods to be deprived of this essential mineral. Low magnesium can lead to low testosterone. By contrast, meeting your daily magnesium intake can boost both free and total testosterone levels, as shown in a number of studies.
  • Zinc – This is another crucial mineral that our body needs to maintain high testosterone levels. Much like with magnesium, most of us don’t get enough of it. To make the issue worse, zinc gets lost through sweat and other bodily fluids, so it’s essential that we replenish it to keep our hormones in balance. One study showed that elite athletes who saw a decrease in their testosterone levels after too much exercise, offset this issue by simply supplementing with zinc.
  • D-Aspartic Acid – This is more of a short-term test booster, but a very potent one at that. It provides a powerful test boost for several weeks, which can be useful when you’re looking to get leaner for the summer, or when you’re preparing for any kind of event where you want to be at your absolute peak.

Side Effects

Olympus Labs Test1fy shouldn’t cause you side effects. If you do experience any, talk to a qualified professional or your MD.

The ingredients in Testify are all natural, and commonly used in testosterone boosters. For most people, none of them cause any serious issues. Sometimes, some ingredients might cause upset stomach if you take them without food. But this is easily avoided by simply taking your test booster with meals. This is the way you should be taking a test booster anyways, as some of the compounds can be fat soluble, which means they absorb best when taken with a source of fat.

Price and Value for Money?

You can buy Test1fy in the UK, USA, and just about any other country in the world. It’s a widely available supplement that you can get on numerous places online – it’s not just sold on the official website.

Test1fy costs $40 for one bottle. This puts it in the mid-price range. The price tag isn’t too bad for most people, but we feel the product could’ve included a few more proven ingredients. This would make it more competitive, and get it closer to some of the stronger testosterone boosters out there. Otherwise, it gets 3/5 from us in this department.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Uses patented ingredients
  • Vitamin D dose is excellent
  • Ashwagandha is great for stress
  • Overall, decent value for a price of $40

Cons

  • Boron is underdosed
  • Missing magnesium, zinc and some other essential ingredients
  • Only 2 daily servings, not enough to keep your T levels topped up throughout the day and night

What About Olympus Labs Test1fy Pro Review?

You might be wondering how does Olympus Labs Test1fy Pro fare compared to the original Testify version. And the answer is, it’s a worse supplement based on our experience.

For one, Test1fy Pro is a powdered supplement. You should take 2 scoops, totaling 20g (that’s a G) per day. Unecessary in our opinion, and such large doses of ingredients automatically raise the risk of side effects.

Secondly, Test1fy Pro contains more ingredients than the original version, but many of them aren’t proven to boost testosterone. For example, Maca is a great libido booster but it doesn’t affect the male hormone. Neither does Tribulus Terrestris which is known to lead to aggravated prostate in some men.

All in all, we think that Test1fy Pro’s claims are a bit misleading. The original Test1fy might not be the strongest formula around, but it’s safer and more reliable supplement (and more convenient too, since it’s dosed in capsules) overall.

Conclusion to Olympus Labs Test1fy Review

So that brings us to the end of this Olympus Labs Test1fy review.

On the whole, it’s a good product with a few excellent test boosters – including vitamin D and D-Aspartic Acid.

It does miss a few important ingredients which would make it better. Such as zinc and magnesium. Some of its ingredients are also underdosed, which means it might not deliver on all the key fronts.

But when it comes to libido boosting and performance enhancement, this is an option worth looking into, if that’s what you’re looking for anyway.
