What is Sculpt Nation Burn?
Here’s our complete Sculpt Nation Burn review. This product is sold in the UK, USA and other parts of the world.
Okay so, what exactly is Sculpt Nation Burn? How does it work? Is it safe? Basically, it works as a thermogenic. Thermogenic pills are known for heating up the body from the inside. The rise in core temperature makes your body more efficient at using calories for energy.
In addition to helping you directly burn fat, Sculpt Nation also claims to:
- Reduce food cravings
- Increase energy
- Boost metabolism
And all the usual promises that most fat burners make. Even after the 2019 update, Sculpt Nation’s Burn formula remains quite slim. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing though! It’s always better to focus on a few ingredients that work, rather than stuffing the supplement with a bunch of crap.
The Three Leading Fat Burners.
We’ve picked the 3 very best supplements on offer right now to help you on your journey.
But overall, our first impressions are a bit lackluster. It looks kind of the same as most other generic fat burner supplements. You know, with the same claims, similar look, and similar ingredients. We’ll delve deeper into this a bit later in this Sculpt Nation review.
For now though, let’s cover the basic facts you need to know about this supplement.
We’ve also reviewed these Sculpt Nation Fat Burner supplements:
How to Use Sculpt Nation Burn (Dosage Instructions)
How do you take Sculpt Nation Burn? The official recommended dose is 2 capsules per day with meals.
This is a simple way to take a fat burner. Busy people will love it. But is it the best way to achieve the desired fat burning effects? I’m afraid not!
Throughout years of revieweing and testing, we’ve found stimulant fat burners – such as Sculpt Nation Burn – to work best when dosed multiple times throughout the day. Ideally, you’re looking at a fat burner with 4 capsules, spread into 4 daily doses – in the morning, at lunch, in the later aafternoon, and in the evening.
The reason why this method of dosing is shown to be so effective is due to the fact that you’re keeping your body constantly ‘fed’ with the beneficial ingredients, and so that the fat burning cycle goes on and on.
With only one serving per day, what can you expect? A few hours of increased thermogenesis – but that’s about it!
Sculpt Nation’s Burn formula uses ingredients that increase your stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. This, in turn, makes your metabolism work harder and reduces your desire for eating food.
One thing I like is that you can see everything on the label – including the ingredient doses. To me, this shows transparency and confidence in their product.
But there’s an issue. Some of Sculpt Nation Burn’s ingredients are really aggressive (as you’ll see below). This raises a bit of a concern about adverse side effects.
See for yourself:
Cayenne Pepper Extract (100mg)
This is essentially chili pepper. It helps increase your metabolism and reduce unhealthy cravings. Capsaicin in chili pepper is what induces thermogenesis and helps you burn more calories. A good ingredient choice overall!
Grains of Paradise Seed (30mg)
This is an unproven ingredient.
Very little to no evidence suggests that it can help with fat burning. In fact, some people have experienced side effects from using it. The only positive thing this ingredient has going for it is that we’ve seen good testimonials from a few people. But these reviews could be manipulated for all we know.
In my opinion, a better ingredient here would be green coffee bean. It’s stimulant-free (no caffeine), but what it lacks in caffeine it makes up with chlorogenic acid, which reduces how many carbs you absorb after eating food – this is huge for anyone trying to lose weight.
We all know what caffeine does. Most of us tolerate it very well, and it gives us plenty of energy and focus to power through our day.
Granted, we’re left feeling down and moody when the crash comes, but that’s nothing that another cup of coffee can’t fix, right?
Still, for some people, caffeine brings more harm than good, especially if you’re sensitive, AND especially if you combine it with other stimulants. Keep this in mind as we go through other ingredients below.
EGCG (from Green Tea Leaf Extract) (300mg)
This helps with general health and provides some beneficial antioxidants.
EGCG are small molecules from green tea that have a number of effects on your body. From raising your core temperature and acting as a thermogenic, to boosting body’s stress hormones and putting you into a ‘flight or fight’ mode. (source study)
It’s a nice ingredient overall, I’m just slightly skeptical about the dose here. 300mg could be pushing it too high. Some research shows that high doses of green tea extract can put a serious strain on the liver.
Yohimbine Hydrochloride (6mg)
This is a hardcore stimulant. I don’t recommend it to anyone!
Unless you really like living on the edge, I wouldn’t recommend using Yohimbine. It’s a stimulant that’s been linked with a whole slew of side effects, ranging from milder headaches to a heart attack.
I think there’s a reason why it’s been banned in countries like Canada. What little thermogenic benefits it may offer is not worth the side effects in my eyes.
Pay extra care when taking Yohimbine, and ideally, talk to your doctor before using any supplement. Let alone one that’s as aggressive as yohimbine.
A questionable stimulant.
Rauwolscine is a compound found in a plant that grows in Africa. It’s a stimulant that works similarly to Yohimbine. Which is not a good sign!
Still, there’s very little research behind this compound, so its side effects or benefits aren’t known. Nevertheless, I don’t think that anything good can come out from combining it with other stimulants in Sculpt Nation Burn fat burner.
Although caffeine and cayenne pepper can help with appetite suppression slightly, we’d like to see something more effective in Sculpt Nation Burn.
The biggest omission for me is Glucomannan, a natural dietary fiber that swells in your stomachs and can keep you full for hours. Many of the best fat burners use it.
Other missing ingredients include:
- Green Coffee Bean
Who Makes This Product?
Sculpt Nation is a company that producers sports nutrition supplements to support your daily workouts and fitness goals.
Their branding is pretty low at the moment, which is to be expected from a brand that was created in 2019. There’s a lot that this company will have to work on to improve and to be able to compete with the top dogs.
Still, this doesn’t mean that all of their producers are ineffective or risky as Burn fat burner, but it’s something worth keeping in mind.
Our team wasn’t able to find much about the history, or the founders of Sculpt Nation as a company. Their Better Business Bureau profile does have some complaints, but most of them have been resolved by now.
Sculpt Nation Burn uses a combination of stimulants that even the most experienced fat burner users could react adversely to. The biggest risk comes from combining these two ingredients:
- Yohimbine. As we’ve seen above, Yohimbine’s cons far outweigh the pros. High blood pressure and seizures as just some of the horrendous side effects that have been linked to this stimulant. We don’t think it’s smart to take Yohimbine, let alone combining it with more stimulants.
- Caffeine. It shouldn’t be a problem on its own, unless you’re intolerant to it. Anxiety, jitters, energy crashes and insomnia are some of the side effects that anyone can experience from using caffeine. However, combining it with an aggressive ingredient like Yohimbe is a really, really bad idea.
Sculpt Nation Burn Before and After Results – What do Customer Reviews Tell us?
What do customer reviews on Reddit and other sites tell us about Sculpt Nation Burn? Well, not much! Apart from a few videos and social media comments, there are not that many reviews on Sculpt Nation Burn from other customers on the internet. Not that in matters anyways. Most user reviews can easily be manipulated and moderated, making them untrustworthy.
Cost and Value for Money?
Where to buy Sculpt Nation Burn? Does Sculpt Nation offer discount codes or promo codes for their Burn fat burner? What about money-back guarantee?
Here’s our answers:
- You can buy sculpt nation burn only on the official website at the moment. Any product you see on 3rd party sites like Amazon is likely stolen.
- As far as we’re aware, there are no promo or discount codes running for Sculpt Nation Burn at the moment. However, they do have offers for when buying in bulk.
- Yes. Sculpt Nation offers a 60-day money back guarantee on their products.
As far as the cost goes, if you’re looking to buy Sculpt Nation Burn Fat Burner you’ll be set back by $49.99 or $67 per bottle. The lower price is when it’s on sale. Either way, I feel the price is too high for what this fat burner offers. There’s are better value for money options out there for sure.
Pros and Cons
- Transparent formula
- A few great ingredients, including green tea which can stimulate fat loss
- Hardcore lifters will love the aggressive effects of the stimulant combination in Burn
- Poor value for money
- Missing a stronger appetite suppressant like Glucomannan (natural dietary fiber)
- Yohimbine is banned in some countries due to its high potential for causing adverse side effects, let alone when combined with other stimulants
Conclusion to Sculpt Nation Burn Review
So that brings our Sculpt Nation Burn review to a close.
Can’t lie, I’m disappointed by this product. The company itself looks great, it has great marketing behind it, and being a new company they obviously put a lot of effort into promoting their products. But Burn fat burner doesn’t live up to the hype.
Not only is it missing some important ingredients, it’s also potentially dangerous, having a mix of stimulants that can cause:
- Heart palpitations
- High blood pressure
- Anxiety episodes
- Severe mood swings and energy crashes
- And worse…
So while ingredients like cayenne and green tea extract are definitely good for fat loss, the inclusion of Yohimbine and unproven Rauwolscine makes me hesitant to recommend this fat burner to anyone.
Sure, I might have been a little rough with the review at times, I get that. But there’s no point in sugarcoating things. We did the research, inspected this product, and well… it turned out to be a below-average fat burner. If it just removed the dangerous ingredients it’d be much better. The high price tag just adds to our disappointment with Sculpt Nation Burn Fat Burner.
Even though the formula has been updated since 2019 with new ingredients. It still has a long way to go in terms of safety and effectiveness. As such, it scores under what we usually give to some of the higher quality fat burners. But, if you’re still looking for a decent supplement that will help you with weight loss, I recommend checking our Top 3 fat burner list.
