Ever since then, through continual hard work, Nick’s amazing physique has continued to improve – and so has his recognition in the world of fitness.

Nick Auger Workout
Nick loves doing hypertrophy-focused workouts. His favorite body part to train is biceps. His least favorite would likely be abs, because it took him a long time to sculpt them.
Unlike some fitness models, Nick trains his abs directly, and sometimes more than once per week, mixing between high-rep sessions and heavy-weight sessions.
Nick Auger Diet
Nick eats a clean and strict diet when he’s preparing for a photo shoot or a competition, and eases into a more relaxed way of living once he enters the “off-season.”
His typical meals might include:
- Fish and sweet potatoes with broccoli
- Quinoa salad (during the cutting season)
- Tortillas with chicken breast and seasonal vegetables
- Low-carb whey protein chocolate pudding
- Steak with grilled vegetables
- Pasture-raised chicken eggs with pepperoni
Supplementation
Although Nick places the most emphasis on a whole-foods diet, there are times where he may not be able to get all of his required nutrients from food alone. It’s during these times that he opts for quality supplements, such as multivitamins, protein powders, and fish oil capsules.

What Nick Auger’s Story Teaches us
What Nick’s story tells us is that growing a great physique takes time, hard work, and a lot of stubbornness. As an ectomorph, Nick had difficulties growing his physique in his early bodybuilding days.
By educating himself about proper nutrition, and by experimenting through the years with different bulking regiments, Nick slowly but surely started to look more and more like his ideal self in the mirror.
If you have the same kind of “fire” within you, then no matter the obstacle, you too will find a way to reach your goals – no matter how many miles it takes.
Thanks for this!!
