Evl Test vs Prime T – Which Should You Get?

EVL Test vs Prime T – which testosterone booster is better at doing its job? Both are 100% natural, both claim similar benefits, with the key difference that EVL test supposedly offers better sleep, in addition to raising your male hormone levels. We give you our short summary followed by a more detailed analysis below.

SUMMARY (UPDATED FOR 2020): Although neither EVL Test or Prime T make it on our top 3 list, we’ve picked Prime T as the winner of this comparison. It has more ingredients (12 compared to EVL Test’s 8), and is more effectively dosed in some key areas, having 3,000IU of vitamin D per serving. EVL Test is cheaper, but its formula is missing a lot of core ingredients – making it not as effective at supporting testosterone levels.

What do we rate as best?

EVL Test vs Prime T – The Basics

EVL Test looks like a typical testosterone booster at first glance, however, it has one unique twist.

  • Natural testosterone support
  • Increased strength
  • Higher stamina levels when exercising
  • Better sleep

However, EVL Test isn’t the only product in this category to offer improved sleep, although it is a bit less common.

Lack of sleep is pretty bad for our testosterone levels though, so anything that can help with that definitely gets a big plus. So, if EVL Test can do what it claims, it will definitely be one of the better products we’ve reviewed.

But what about RSP Prime T? Well, it’s main focus is on:

  • Libido
  • Serum testosterone levels
  • Muscle Mass

So basically the same sh*t, just different package. No, seriously, it’s a bit odd how every supplement manufacturer claims the same thing. The one difference is that Prime T doesn’t mention any sleep benefits. It seems to be more of a direct T booster.

Okay, so which product is better? Take a look below as we analyze their ingredient formulas.

The Formulas

Looking at their labels, RSP Nutrition Prime T contains 12 ingredients, and Evlution Nutrition EVL Test has 8. Not only does it have more ingredients, but they’re actually better and more effective compared to EVL Test.

Vitamin D is better dosed in Prime T with 3,000IU per serving. Although this still isn’t the optimal dosage for testosterone (studies show it’s 3,332IU+), it’s better than EVL Test’s 2000IU.

Okay, and what about other ingredients? Well, Prime T contains many basic vitamins and minerals, but one thing it’s missing is magnesium. This is quite a big omission in our opinion; magnesium is a very important mineral that many of us don’t get enough of through our diets. Low magnesium levels are strongly correlated with low T levels.

Still, Prime T at least contains zinc, and a good dose of D-Aspartic Acid. Both of which can boost your T levels if they’re below normal range. It also uses Maca which is good for libido, but ineffective for testosterone.

Boron in Prime T is underdosed. At 5mg of active boron per serving, it’s only half of what studies have shown to affect testosterone.

As for EVL Test, it contains a good amount of zinc (even better than Prime T), and it also has magnesium. So that’s a big plus. However, it uses Tribulus which is an unproven ingredient that can also aggravate your prostate.

Prime T Ingredients

  • DIM (250mg)
  • Safed Musli Extract (250mg)

EVL Test Ingredients

EVL Test Ingredients Label Facts
  • Vitamin D3 (2000IU/50mcg)
  • Vitamin B6 (11mg)
  • Magnesium (160mg)
  • Zinc (30mg)
  • D-Aspartic Acid (3,120mg)
  • Tribulus Terrestris Extract (750mg)
  • Fenugreek Seed Extract (500mg)
  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) (250mg)

Our Thoughts on The Ingredients of EVL Test vs Prime T

Both EVL Test and Prime T’s ingredient profiles are flawed. Whereas EVL Test contains the questionable Tribulus Terrestrris and has several missing ingredients, Prime T is underdosed in some key areas and contains DIM which can increase the female sex hormone estrogen at doses higher than 100mg (Prime T has 250mg). With all of that being said, we’d definitely go with Prime T if we had to choose, for the simple fact that it has more ingredients and a better dose of vitamin D which is the most crucial natural T-booster.

Side Effects – Which Product is Safer?

EVL Test is a safe supplement for the most part. The ingredients are all well-studied and aren’t known to cause any serious side effects. The only exception is Tribulus Terrestris – some men report having aggravated prostate from using it. We have to emphasize though, there’s very little clinical evidence to confirm these anecdotal reports.

As for Prime T, it contains DIM which we don’t recommend in a T booster. Simply because it can lead to elevated estrogen levels, which can in turn give you ‘gynecomastia,’ aka, man boobs, and increase belly fat storage.

Price and Value for Money?

RSP Prime T costs around $34 for a month’s worth of product. However, the price can vary significantly depending on where you buy it.

EVL Test will set you back by around $20 depending on where you buy it. The price looks very attractive and can be worth a go if you aren’t able to afford anything better at the moment. That said, I have to emphasize that this T booster doesn’t work very well, it’s missing many core ingredients that would make it more effective.

Our Conclusion to EVL Test vs Prime T

So that concludes our EVL Test vs Prime T face-to-face comparison.

Which testosterone booster will give you better results?

In our opinion, the answer is Prime T. Although a bit more expensive, it’s got better ingredient choices – including better dosed vitamin D and Fenugreek, both of which can help with testosterone. However, Prime T is still far from a perfect supplement – it’s missing several important ingredients in its formula, and contains a relatively high dose of DIM, which can lead to unwanted side effects.

EVL Test on the other hand, only has the low price going for it. It contains zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 which are good supporting ingredients, but not enough to lead to a noticeable effect on your energy levels, mood, or strength. At best, it should help you with libido, but that’s about it.
